Rafał  joined INSPIRE from oil refiner and petrol distributor PKN Orlen where he worked in sales and customer service departments, only to become a Sales Director of one of Orlen’s subsidiaries in 2007.

Specialized in sales processes, models, techniques and negotiations, as well as customer systems, he started his career of an instructor as an in-house coach in a large corporation, later working for big training providers in Warsaw, Wrocław, Poznań, Katowice and Łódź.

Graduate  of political and social sciences at the University of Warsaw, he was the  brains behind a deep transformation of the sales segment in EMT Systems, including development and implementation of the financial motivation system for the company’s sales reps.
