An experienced project and programme manager, Roger joined INSPIRE to run courses on needs’ analysis, pre-implementation analyses and contract negotiations with vendors.
He specialises in projects concerning transformation of organisations and implementation of IT systems.
For several years, he has been helping top management to carry out strategic projects in the insurance and public sectors, with budgets of up to PLN100m and teams of 20 people.
