(owned by Umdash) where she developed a debt collection procedure, later to be implemented across Poland. After three years with the company, she was appointed the concern\u2019s first Head of Controlling for Poland.<\/p>\n<p>A graduate of law\u00a0 and psychology at the University of Warsaw (UW), she earned her stripes as an instructor working for training providers\u00a0 Profesja Consulting, DGA, ODITK and RCS, as well as universities (UW).
